Maine New England farmhouse

Image
Spring is trying to arrive . This is our farmhouse circa 1810. Two white chimneys on either end and a gable roof. The barn in the background is my husbands new shop built in the style of the house for his blacksmith shop.My azaleas are about to burst with color . The one on the right has to be supported cause last month we had hurricane force winds that blew it right over. We put it back in the ground and are hoping it will survive.Today is warm in the 50's but we go down to freezing still at night. we have frost on the ground in the morning.
