I have woven the FLAG of TRUCE that was waved on the end of a stick at the end of the American Civil war .
Peace and let our differences not keep us apart but unite the country .

Live in Peace
The Truce Cloth
A simple ,hand woven 100% cotton towel brought truce toThe CivilWar on April 9 1865. The Truce was ordered by General Robert E. Lee ,carried on horseback tied to the end of a branch by James Longstreet.
The remains of this’s monumental cloth are housed today in the National Museum of American History,Smithsonian Institute ,Bering Center.
